Why do this?
My passion for cars was aroused at an early age. Growing up in a smoker's household, I never ran out of matches: almost daily, since I could think, I built roads with these woods on tables and carpets, first playing with the indestructible Matchbox and Siku metal cars, later in my "railroading time with Märklin" then also the beautiful Wiking models (H0 greets). At some point, the girls are more interesting, but: In fact, a box of Wikings survived in a corner of the basement!
Even though I developed an objectified view of the automobile after school and university it was only a matter of time when I rediscovered this passion for cars in my new job.
Today I deal with current topics of automobility at a German OEM. Good marketing always has something to do with stories. Last but not least, the history of the automobile and the development of the brand determine the narrative. Design significantly accompanies this development and reflects the feelings we associate with vehicles. The car is and always will be more than just an "exoskeleton" for our way from A to B - it moves (us) much more!
